Your Source For Rubber Cord Stock
Cord stock is melt-extruded solid rubber with either a circular profile or a square profile. It is widely available in many compounds/durometers, colors, and diameters ranging from .039” (1 MM) to 1.5” (38.1 MM). Cord stock is available cut to any length or by the spool.

We commonly see cord stock used in the manufacturing of larger diameter custom O-rings for static applications called “Vulcanized” O-Rings. The cord stock is cut to length, then the opposing ends are joined together with adhesive or liquid compound material, which is cured under heat and pressure, vulcanizing them together.
